The company decided to have a Hollywood horror movie-themed costume party, and the winning team will be awarded a cash prize.
The whole office was decorated nicely. The employees used their creativity to put together wonderfully made decorations. All were busy in helping their team with amazing, yet scary costumes. When everything was all set, the event began, and everyone had fun. There were games, food, and laughter.

Christmas Eve is the evening before Christmas that is widely observed as a full or partial holiday in anticipation of the birthday of Jesus Christ. Filipinos spend this event in the Philippines by breaking bread with family, which is how DForce Operations Center Inc celebrated Christmas Eve with employees.
Everyone sat down as they shared a prayer and ate together a meal that the company caterers provided. It was a special event because the employees were allowed to bring their family to the company to spend the Noche Buena. How great is it to spend Christmas Eve with family?

A Christmas Party is a prominent event in a company for it is the event where employees express the act of gift giving and sharing. DForce organized their Christmas Party in the most fun way possible.
The office was decorated with the Christmas spirit! The company rented a high-end bar near their workplace, made sure everything was all set from foods to drinks. There were dance intermissions and employees who sang. The company also organized a project for the employees. Each team needs to make a music video and that music video was played at the Christmas Party.
DForces’ country manager, Mr. Andrew Siapco always attends these events because he treats every employee like they are family. Everyone enjoyed themselves as they ate and drank the night away.
DForce celebrates its one year as the company grew bolder, stronger, and better. Despite the pandemic, the company pushed through the event while practicing strict social distancing and wearing of masks. The event started with a heartfelt prayer, followed by a warm message from the company’s country manager, Mr. Andrew Siapco. He thanked everyone for helping the company become what it is today. He remembered how DForce started and how he watched as the company grew prominent. He stood there, proud of thecompany.
DForce proceeded to celebrate the anniversary by having a raffle draw with fantastic prizes like gift certificates and grand prizes like a subwoofer sound speaker, a led tv, and a mountain bike. Everyone watched as the video presentation played to reminisce about what happened in the past year while sharing laughter and tears.
DForce expressed its recognition to the employees by rewarding them with the DForce Ranger Award and giving them company jackets. The event ended with everyone enjoying a delicious buffet catering. It was indeed crazy, but a splendid year for DForce Operations Center Inc, and we are looking forward to many anniversaries to come.
New Year’s day is an exceptional event that is celebrated each year. Other than celebrating the incoming year, new year’s is celebrated because you get to see your improvements as you move forward. New Years in the Philippines is the most fun holiday because of traditional Filipino beliefs like jumping when the clock strikes 12 to make you taller and tossing coins for luck. Filipinos are known to be family-oriented. That is why every event in the Philippines is spent with family.

Everyone waited for the new year’s countdown to jump, blow the confetti, and watch fireworks. Everyone stood behind as the coins were tossed, sharing laughter and happiness as the new year began. A toast was made by the country manager, Mr. Andrew Siapco, for a prosperous new year for DForce and making 2020 the year of great possibilities.

Mother's Day is a distinct event for mothers and celebrating how thankful we are to have them in our lives. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the company still managed to celebrate mother's day in the office where some of the employees stayed in the office for the governments' lockdown.
Since the employees stayed in the office, they grew comfortable with each other. Some of the employees are mothers. That is why the company took the time to make them feel special. There were cakes and food, and they even made the day enjoyable by playing mini-games—a simple yet beautiful day for the mothers.
No event is big or small in DForce Operations Inc. They always find a way to celebrate each event to let their employees enjoy it because, in DForce, they believe in work-life balance.
In light of the star wars May the 4th be with you, DForce also celebrated this event since the company’s catchphrase is “may DForce be with you.” A simple event made unique by the company and, of course, its employees.
There was a costume party for the selected few who stayed in the office during lockdown. They dressed up as their favorite star wars character and received a cash prize for their wonderfully made costumes. The company organized a boodle fight so that the employees can enjoy the day. The day ended, and everyone was once again happy.

With the COVID-19 pandemic and the rising numbers of people getting sick because of the virus, many are struggling. At the same time, other people are out of jobs because of the closure of stores and companies during the enhanced community quarantine.
DForce Operations Inc felt for those who are affected in these trying times. That is why the company and its employees decided to donate for barangays around Ortigas. The employees bought the basic needs like rice, canned goods, noodles, water, and coffee. After repacking, the team proceeded to go around the barangays in Pasig city and give people the relief goods.
DForce always reminds their employees to be full of empathy, especially during difficult times when we need to help each other to rise. DForce is with those who lost their loved ones, their jobs, and those standing still.
Early 2020 when the Taal volcano erupted. In January, Filipinos were shocked by the news that the iconic volcano erupted. Many Filipinos in Batangas were affected by the ash fall. The whole metro manila was also affected.
DForce Operations Center Inc organized a relief program for those who were affected in the eruption. The company and its employees donated goods to be given to our brothers and sisters in Batangas. Everyone helped pack to fasten the delivery of the goods. The Core Team went to Batangas to distribute the goods. It was a tiring but rewarding day for DForce.
Whenever calamity strikes, DForce tries to give the best help for those who are affected. Not only does the company have empathy, they also look for a solution to make things better.
Thanksgiving day is a national holiday celebrated in the United States as a way to give thanks and sacrifice for the blessing of the harvest of the preceding year. DForce decided to celebrate Thanksgiving by going on an outing for its employees to enjoy.
The swimming outing was a blast! There was food, mini-games, drinks, and more. Everyone was enjoying themselves as they blew some steam and shared laughter with friends. The company did this as a way of giving thanks and showing recognition to its employees.
While there is so much they are thankful for, DForce is grateful to be able to grow and improve as the months pass by. They are looking forward to more events to come!
